Return and Refund Policy
StickerDesign.ai creates custom products made specifically for each customer based on the artwork, size, material, quantity, and other options selected at the time of purchase. Because each order is custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer-provided artwork.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests that are received before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.
Printing or Production Issues
If your stickers arrive damaged, defective, materially different from the approved design, or contain a production error caused by StickerDesign.ai or our printing partners, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork, spelling, colors, layout, size, and other selections before placing an order. Differences caused by customer-provided artwork, low-resolution files, incorrect selections, or content submitted by the customer generally do not qualify for a refund or free reprint.
Color and Printing Variations
Colors displayed on a screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to differences between digital displays, printing processes, materials, and finishes. Minor color or production variations that fall within normal printing tolerances are not considered defects.
Shipping Damage or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and product. If an order appears to be lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
