StickerDesign.ai creates custom stickers made specifically for each order. Because products are made to order, production time is required before an order ships.

Production Time

Most orders are produced after the customer has completed their design, selected their product options, and successfully submitted payment.

Production times may vary depending on order size, product configuration, artwork requirements, demand, and other production factors.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order after the shipment has been processed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@stickerdesign.ai with your order number.

We will review the shipment information and work with the carrier when appropriate.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide your order number along with clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.

Damaged or defective orders may qualify for a reprint, replacement, or other resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make another change to your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
