1. About StickerDesign.ai

StickerDesign.ai provides tools that allow customers to create sticker artwork using AI, upload their own artwork, customize sticker options, and order professionally printed custom stickers.

2. Customer Accounts and Orders

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including your contact information, shipping address, product selections, artwork, quantity, size, material, and any other customization options.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, pricing errors, prohibited content, or other issues that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

3. Custom Products

StickerDesign.ai products are custom-made based on the artwork and options selected by the customer. You are responsible for reviewing your selections before placing an order.

Because products are made specifically for each customer, orders may not be eligible for return or exchange except as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Customer-Provided Artwork

By uploading artwork or other content to StickerDesign.ai, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, reproduce, and print it.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to upload or submit content that:

• infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or abusive;
• contains illegal or prohibited material; or
• otherwise violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

We reserve the right to refuse production of content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

StickerDesign.ai may provide AI-assisted tools that generate images or other creative content based on customer prompts.

AI-generated results may vary and may not always match a customer's expectations exactly. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving generated artwork before ordering.

StickerDesign.ai does not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique or that similar content has not been or will not be generated for other users.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their prompts, generated designs, and intended uses comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.

6. Artwork Review and Print Quality

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, spelling, layout, image quality, colors, sizing, and other design elements before submitting an order.

Digital displays and printed products may differ slightly in color, appearance, or finish. Minor variations caused by printing methods, materials, screens, or normal production tolerances are not considered defects.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update pricing, product options, promotions, and availability at any time.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production.

If a pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

8. Production and Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

StickerDesign.ai is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

9. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

10. Refunds, Reprints, and Damaged Products

Refunds, replacements, reprints, and other remedies are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from your approved order due to a production error, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

11. Intellectual Property

The StickerDesign.ai website, branding, software, design tools, text, graphics, logos, and other site content are owned by or licensed to StickerDesign.ai and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Customers retain rights to artwork they upload, subject to the permissions necessary for StickerDesign.ai and its service providers to process, produce, and fulfill the order.

By submitting artwork, you grant StickerDesign.ai a limited license to use the submitted content solely as necessary to provide the requested services, including generating previews, preparing files, printing products, fulfilling orders, and providing customer support.

12. Third-Party Services

StickerDesign.ai may use third-party providers for services such as payment processing, printing, shipping, analytics, email communications, and AI functionality.

Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerDesign.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, AI tools, products, or services.

Our total liability relating to any order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Disclaimer

Our website, AI tools, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific AI-generated results, or that every design will be suitable for every intended use.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

The version posted on StickerDesign.ai at the time of use or purchase will apply unless otherwise required by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which StickerDesign.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
